Shipping Policy

We offer International shipping.

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order you will get an confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a track and trace number and how long the shipment will take to your country. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@unconditionallovexoxo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Most countries are a few days or a week it depends where you are located.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.

Countries who are not in the European Union

International orders may be subject to import duties ( customs duties) and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Unconditional Love XOXO is not responsible for these charges if they are applied it is your own responsibility as a customer to pay these charges.
